How does the credit system work?
Each operation costs a certain number of credits: 1K image costs 2 credits, 2K costs 3, 4K costs 5. Banner generation is 6 credits. Video starts at 35 credits for a 6s silent clip, up to 120 credits for a 10s clip with audio. Subscription credits refresh monthly and are used first; unused credits expire at period end. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get a 3-day trial with 5 credits — no credit card required. You can generate 1K images and request revisions. Video, higher resolutions, and banners require an active paid plan. Each account gets one trial, and accounts with prior subscription history are not eligible.
Does the AI alter my product photos?
Your original photo is used as the reference that guides the AI. The AI generates a new scene around it — your original file is never overwritten or modified.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Active subscribers can top up anytime with pay-as-you-go credit packs: 30 credits for $6, 100 for $16, 300 for $42, or 1,000 for $130. PAYG credits never expire and are spent after your subscription credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or downgrade at any time. Your subscription credits remain usable until the end of your billing period. Your generated images are always accessible.
